Refund policy

Returns & exchanges

We offer customers a 30-day return policy providing your item/s is/are received by us in the same condition that you received it/them, it/they has/have not been installed by you, and remain unmodified. 

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the item
  • We record the condition of all items dispatched in great detail
  • Where items are returned that are deemed not to be our products, or are received in a condition we did not supply, and consequently your return is not accepted, postage or freight costs to return products to customers will in all cases be prepaid by the customer prior to dispatch
  • We do not offer discounts on replacement items returned.

Initiating a Return

We'll determine how to proceed, and provide instructions on how best to proceed with your return. Returns must be received within 20 days of original return acceptance.

Please Note - Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and return postage/freight will need to be prepaid before products are dispatched.

We're here to assist you, and approach all transaction in good faith.

Damaged / Incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an item you did not order from us.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We do not offer returns on electrical items / modules, airbags, switches, seat belts or items containing glass. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed in a vehicle unless proven to have been installed by a qualified person and accepted by us. 

Please note: We reserve the right to not accept returns where we're not satisfied parts have not been installed, or believe parts have been damaged due to the installation in your vehicle, or your use.

Cancellations
We do not offer returns for change of mind.

Exchange
Where we agree a return, we will supply you with an exchanged product.  Where the exchanged product has a different value, any additional costs must be paid prior to dispatch. 

In the event an exchange is unavailable, we will refund you accordingly.  Any refunds will be processed within 3 days of acceptance by us.
